what mamas are saying
“Cortney has both advanced our small town community and yet maintained it’s intimate charm. Her home visits are a new mother’s dream. She’s kind, compassionate, professional, competent, and you want to be best friends with her at the same time. 10/10 recommend her services.”

"I admire her relentless pursuit of knowledge because I know she does it all in service to others. She is SO knowledgeable and equally as caring. I am so grateful she is able to reach mothers all over and deliver the care we all deserve.
You don’t even have to be local to her to be helped!! I recommend any mother who comes to me professionally to seek her online services. It is HUGE benefit to have access like this.”

"I am not exactly sure how Cortney came to be in our lives — but I now believe it was by matter of fate for our breastfeeding journey. I had originally reached out to her with a desire to ditch the nipple shield I’d been using with my newborn daughter. After chatting briefly via messenger we swiftly set up a virtual video consult, mind you I am in North Dakota. During the consult, Cortney made me feel comfortable and heard. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She almost instantly noticed restrictions in my daughter while she nursed indicating potential tongue/lip ties and encouraged that we go ahead to be assessed for release.
At the ENT appointment, it was confirmed that she did in fact had both a tongue and lip tie and had them released at 8 weeks. I am ecstatic to say that with Cortney’s guidance, we had completely ditched the nipple shield 2 weeks later and are now successfully in the 4th month of our nursing journey.
Cortney continues to be instrumental to our success. And she has been my cheerleader in all things motherhood. I will be forever grateful. Everyone needs a Cortney in their corner.”

“Cortney is the most caring and down to earth human who believes in uplifting ALL women and ALL goals. I took her breastfeeding 101 class and have attended several of her Thursday morning groups and have felt nothing but constant encouragement and love. She is sunshine in the form of a nurturing woman. She helps to advocate for your needs/wants and is always quick to lend an ear and ready to give advice/information if that’s what you’re seeking. I recommend Grow with the Flow Lactation Services to all moms even if they don’t pursue breastfeeding. She is a strong woman to be in your corner regardless of your decision on how to feed your baby. She has truly become a great friend.”

“Cortney will always have the most special place in my (and my husbands!) heart…especially when we think back to the first few weeks with our son. We were talking with her multiple times a day - asking a million questions and receiving detailed, research/experience based answers. When something would come up, my husband would say “ask Cortney!!” because we truly valued her input and opinion on all of the things. She gave incredible advice about it all - latch, engorgement, tracking feedings, weight gain, feeding positions, etc.
We really don’t know how we would have survived without her! Her care continued as she provided me with amazing support with my pumping and bottle feeding journey. Flange sizing, milk storage, nipple flows, clogged ducts, pump part cleaning, more clogged ducts, etc. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She never makes a question seem like a silly one. She makes you feel supported and confident in this journey of motherhood!”

“Getting ready to deliver my first baby, I felt completely unprepared. Due to COVID, my hospital wasn’t offering any breastfeeding or infant care classes. Thankfully, I stumbled across a post advertising Cortney’s Breastfeeding 101 class. I immediately signed up to attend. I instantly felt comfortable asking her all my questions and left feeling much more confident. Not only did she explain how to do things, she delved into the why’s so I could understand the process my body would go through.
After baby arrived, I began attending her free weekly support group. I continued to learn so much from the presentations, received so much advice and help with issues I was experiencing, and met some awesome mommas and got to hear about their journeys. I’m so thankful Cortney came along right when I needed her!”

"I reached out to Cortney once my daughter started daycare, but gosh I wish I had reached out to her back when I was pregnant! I won’t make that mistake with my next kiddo.
Cortney gave me intentional and individualized help when it came to pumping and transporting milk to daycare. She gave me amazing tips on building my milk supply too. Above all, she took so much time with me and I never felt like a burden, it’s obvious that she is passionate about what she does."

“Cortney has amazing information to share with moms! I messaged her on social media, bought her a coffee, and quickly had a very informative and personal response. I so appreciate the work that Cortney is doing and if you get the chance to work with her in any capacity, you will not be disappointed!”

“Cortney made me feel heard when I hadn’t breastfed the traditional way. I breastfed by using a feeding tube in the NICU. I had always felt inferior. Cortney forever changed my feelings with my breastfeeding experience.”

“Being a first time mom I felt clueless about the breastfeeding world. I signed up for Cortney’s Breastfeeding 101 course. When I walked out of class I couldn't believe what I had learned- I had so much information to take away. After having my baby, I was able to attend her breastfeeding support groups. Cortney took the time to observe our latch/feed, offer hands on support, and encourage my intuition. Later, we set up an in-home visit. We performed a weighted feed and perfected our latch/positioning- ALL IN THE COMFORT OF MY HOME. She took the time to write a personalized pumping schedule for my return to work, what I was most nervous about.
I don’t have enough words to thank Cortney for all she has done for me, my baby, and the bond that I have with him. We are 6 months into our breastfeeding journey and still going strong!”

“I am a mom of two and was having trouble with nursing this time around. I reached out to Courtney on a Friday, she got our consult approved asap and met me at MY house on Saturday morning! She was so calm and patient in her approach to help me through the troubles. She is an amazing LC whom I’d recommend to all moms having problems nursing or who need any feeding advice.”
